How to change the email sender account?

By default, ScannerApp relies on the Apple’s Mail app to send scans via email. If you want to change the default email account, please follow the steps below:

Add an email account in the Mail app on your iOS device

  1. Open your "Settings" app.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Mail", then tap "Accounts".
  3. Tap "Add Account", then select your email provider.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. If you see Next, tap it and wait for Mail to verify your account.
  6. If you see Save, tap it.

Now, your account is properly configured. Try sending scans again in ScannerApp. 

Change the email sender account

  1. Email your scans in DocScan.
  2. Tap "From" and change the email account.
  3. Tap Send.
