How to Check a Fax Status?

Want to know the status of your fax? Just follow these simple steps:

➊ View Your Fax List

On the app’s main screen, you’ll see a list of all sent and received faxes.
At the top, you can switch between All, Send, or Receive to filter your faxes.

Each fax has a status icon next to it, showing its current state:

	Success The fax was sent or received successfully.
	Sending The fax is currently being sent.
	Downloading The fax is being downloaded.
	Failed The fax failed to send or receive.
	Out of Credits Not enough credits to send the fax. The fax failed to send or receive.

Tap on any fax to see more details, including sender/recipient fax number, fax date, fax content information, fax cost, and more.

For received faxes, tap the Details button at the top of the screen to view detailed information.

Tap the failed fax to see more details about the error.
Tap the Resend button to try sending the fax again.
If resending still doesn’t work, you can request a refund for the failed fax pack through the App Store.
Tap Report a Problem to report the issue, and we will help you resolve it as soon as possible.

Tip:

If push notifications are enabled, the app will automatically notify you when your fax is delivered or if it fails.
