Why can't I find my devices for transferring data?
If you can't find your devices for transferring data, below are some troubleshooting tips for the most common problems:
- Make sure both devices are nearby.
- Make sure both devices are in "Transfer Data across Devices" page.
Settings > Transfer Data across Devices
- Make sure both devices turn on the wifi network.
If your device is running iOS 12 or lower version, please connect to the same wifi network.
- Make sure both devices enable local network permission for ScannerApp in iOS Settings.
