Why can't I find my devices for transferring data?

If you can't find your devices for transferring data, below are some troubleshooting tips for the most common problems:

  1. Make sure both devices are nearby.
  2. Make sure both devices are in "Transfer Data across Devices" page.
    Settings > Transfer Data across Devices 
  3. Make sure both devices turn on the wifi network.
    If your device is running iOS 12 or lower version, please connect to the same wifi network.
  4. Make sure both devices enable local network permission for ScannerApp in iOS Settings.

Enable Local Network Permission

iOS Settings > Privacy > Local Network
